1. Acceptance of Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from V-M Express, Incorporated ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "user," or "subscriber") agree to be bound by these SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign up for text messages.

These Terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. SMS Consent & Program Description

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you expressly consent to receive autodialed, automated, and/or prerecorded text messages at the phone number provided during the submission process.

Types of Messages You May Receive:

  • Shipment status updates and delivery notifications
  • Appointment and pickup reminders
  • Follow-up communications regarding your inquiries or service requests
  • Quotes and service information you have requested
  • Customer service-related announcements

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with V-M Express and the services you have requested. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your shipment activity and service needs.

We do not guarantee that messages will be sent on a specific schedule. Message timing may be affected by factors including shipment arrival times, customs processing, and operational requirements.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data fees charged by your wireless carrier will apply to all messages sent to or received from your mobile device.

V-M Express does not charge for text messages. However, you are solely responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for data usage, text messaging, and related services.

5. Opt-Out & Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from receiving text messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message you receive
  • Replying UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message you receive

  • Calling us at 281-371-6085

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message, but you will not receive any additional text messages unless you opt in again.

7. Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase

Providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from V-M Express. You may opt in to text messages without placing an order.

8. Supported Carriers

Text messaging services are available on most major mobile carriers. However, V-M Express does not guarantee that all carriers are supported.

Message delivery is dependent on your carrier's network coverage and messaging capabilities. V-M Express is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier limitations.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our text messaging service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may share your phone number and messaging preferences with our service providers who assist in delivering text messages, but we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

V-M Express reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting an updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the text messaging program after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
