1.1 Performance Metrics: V-M Express commits to maintaining the following service levels: 99.8% on-time delivery rate, 24/7 operational availability, and response to inquiries within 2 hours during business hours.
1.2 Turnaround Times: Standard cargo handling turnaround is 4 hours from aircraft offload to release. Customs clearance processing is 2-4 hours for standard documentation. Expedited services available upon request.
1.3 Quality Standards: All operations follow IATA ground handling standards, TSA security protocols, and OSHA safety guidelines. Regular audits ensure compliance with industry best practices.
1.4 Continuous Improvement: V-M Express conducts quarterly performance reviews and implements improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and operational data.
2.1 Cargo Handling: Includes receiving, sorting, loading, unloading, and transfer of cargo between aircraft, vehicles, and storage facilities. ULD (Unit Load Device) management included as standard.
2.2 Customs Clearance: Encompasses preparation of customs documentation, submission to relevant authorities, fee payment, and follow-up until release is obtained. Compliance consultation included.
2.3 Warehousing: Provides secure storage with 30-day minimum retention included. Climate-controlled storage available for sensitive goods at additional cost. Inventory management reporting included.
2.4 Ground Transportation: Covers trucking services between airport facilities and designated locations. Real-time tracking provided. Wait times up to 30 minutes included; additional time billed at hourly rates.
3.1 Information Provision: Customer must provide complete and accurate shipment information including cargo description, weight, dimensions, value, and handling requirements at booking.
3.2 Documentation Delivery: All required documentation must reach V-M Express at least 4 hours prior to scheduled flight departure for exports, or within 2 hours of arrival for imports.
3.3 Dangerous Goods Declaration: Customer is solely responsible for proper DG classification, packaging, labeling, and documentation. Failure to declare hazardous materials may result in service termination and liability.
3.4 Payment Obligations: Customer agrees to timely payment of all invoices. Credit applications subject to approval. Prepayment may be required for new accounts or high-value shipments.
4.1 Additional Services: The following services are not included in standard rates and will be quoted separately: specialized handling equipment, after-hours support, chain of custody documentation, and cargo photography.
4.2 Storage Duration: Standard storage included for 72 hours only. Storage beyond 72 hours incurs daily storage fees. Warehousing agreements over 30 days require separate contracts.
4.3 GovCon Management: Government cargo requiring security clearances or specialized screening is subject to additional processing fees and extended timelines.

5.3 Service Credits: If V-M Express fails to meet agreed service levels, customer may request service credits. Credits limited to 10% of affected service fees. Credits applied to future invoices.
6.1 Term: Individual service engagements are completed upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. Master service agreements available for recurring customers with minimum monthly volume commitments.
6.2 Pricing Review: Annual pricing reviews conducted each January. Price adjustments communicated 60 days prior to implementation. Customers may terminate upon 30 days written notice.
6.3 Renewal: Annual agreements auto-renew unless written termination notice provided 90 days prior to anniversary date. New terms negotiated upon renewal.
