Airport Tarmac Safety

  • Maintain minimum 100ft distance from active aircraft engines
  • Follow all runway incursion prevention protocols
  • Stay within designated walkways and operational zones
  • Observe aircraft movement area signage at all times
  • Report all safety incidents immediately to supervisors

Cargo Handling Safety

  • Never exceed load capacity limits on equipment
  • Secure all loads before transport using proper restraints
  • Use appropriate lifting techniques to prevent injury
  • Stack cargo securely following stability guidelines
  • Inspect equipment before each use

Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)

  • Only trained personnel handle dangerous goods
  • Verify proper labeling and documentation for all HAZMAT
  • Follow segregation requirements for incompatible materials
  • Keep emergency response information readily available
  • Report any spills or exposure incidents immediately
